Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. For limited-edition or custom items, returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Returned products must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., dust bags, care cards) intact. Products with removed or damaged (anti-counterfeiting) tags will not be accepted for return.

Products must not have any signs of use, stains, scratches, or modifications. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these condition standards at our sole discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page);

Items with removed, damaged, or tampered anti-counterfeiting tags;

Gift cards (digital or physical).

3. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Two easy ways to start your return:

1.Account portal: Log in, go to order history, and submit a return request directly.

2.Customer support: Email us your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with a dedicated return authorization code and full return instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Item Back

US orders: We will send a pre-paid shipping label via email. Simply print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off.

International orders: Use your preferred shipping method and label the package clearly with our provided return authorization code. Eligible returns are covered for standard shipping fees.

4. Refund Terms

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary by payment provider.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective product) or damaged during shipping.

5. Defective & Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong style, size), please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement (if available) or process a full refund, including shipping fees.
